We have recently started working with a number of local authorities that match tenants and properties. We are building up an impressive portfolio of properties that we have supplied to the public sector and we hope that you will consider working with us to let your property.

The properties that we supply to these schemes are all of a high quality and in desirable locations. We have put forward many of our personally owned properties and can recommend the schemes first hand.

So here’s how it works:

* Local authority tenants will be put forward for properties. They will arrange viewing appointments with us and we will accompany them to view the properties.

*If the prospective tenants like the property then they will be interviewed by us to find out whether they are suitable. We will then contact you with the information to ensure that you are happy with them.

*If you are satisfied with the tenants then we will sort out contracts, inventories and all other paperwork.

*A guaranteed rent agreement will be drawn up between ourselves and you the landlord for anything from twelve months to three years. We will agree a monthly rent with you and this will be paid every month for the length of the agreement.

*We take care of the rest! We will manage your property at no extra cost and this will include rent collection, regular property inspections, dealing with maintenance and tenant enquiries.

At the end of the tenancy we will hand back your property in the same condition that we received it (apart from standard wear and tear), we will arrange professional cleaning and carpet cleaning, should it be required and take care of any maintenance works.
